Educational Revitalizing Project

HAI has planned to facilitate the public sector schools in the rural areas and to advocate and disseminate quality education for all the community as their basic right.

In this project, HAI will organize the effective and impact oriented workshops for the training of teachers to facilitate them in teaching and to equip them with new techniques and methodologies to make the students learn in more effective way. In this project, HAI team will motivate the community to have participation along with HAI to help improve the quality education.

SMCs will be comprised of HAI team member, the community participant, and the school head who with mutual understanding and scrutinizing the current management problems, will make sure to solve the prevalent problems for the smooth running of the school towards progress. This project will motivate more teachers to impart quality education by employing new techniques and students to get quality education. During this project twenty Govt. Primary schools will be selected from each UC and total one hundred schools will be addressed in 1st phase. Educational revitalizing and support project (ERSP) will develop the public sector primary schools into a new whole by implementing and introducing new techniques in creating child friendly environment, co curricular activities, and better learning environment. Teachers will get more energetic and motivated by breaking the monotony of traditional teaching and adopting new methodologies to impart education to little children. The children will be more inclined towards studies and schools. They will build up as a nation with strong will and determination. They will be confident enough to communicate and more optimistic in getting good worth in the society. The community will cooperate and emerge as an educated society.    The project will motivate other community members, teachers and children to have quality education. The ratio of quality education will be increased a lot bringing the country on the horizons of progress and development.
